My stay at the Residence Inn By Marriott Branson had its ups and downs. While the location was fantastic, making it easy to access attractions, I faced several issues related to the room cleanliness and conditions. Although the staff was friendly and accommodating overall, my experience was overshadowed by a lack of attention to detail regarding the maintenance of the facilities.

Rooms
5.0
The cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, with visible wear and issues like a broken bathroom faucet and mold in the shower. The sleeping arrangements were not satisfactory either, and the sofa bed mattress was in poor condition.
Service
6.0
Most of the staff was friendly and incredibly helpful, but there were a few interactions, particularly at breakfast, where the team seemed overwhelmed and less accommodating. Overall, they were responsive when I brought up issues.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was perfect for avoiding traffic and easily accessing the nearby attractions, which was a big plus during my visit to Branson.
Dining
5.0
I was disappointed by the limited breakfast options, particularly because I had expected more variety. The offerings felt inadequate and did not meet my expectations.
Facilities
5.0
While there were announcements about renovations, it felt like the rooms, in particular, had not seen the same improvements. There were definitely areas needing maintenance as well as the disappointing closure of amenities like the pool.

7.0/10

I had a mixed experience at Residence Inn By Marriott Branson. The location was fantastic, just a short distance from the strip, which made getting around Branson a breeze. The suite was spacious and offered a kitchenette, which was perfect for my family's needs. However, I encountered some issues with cleanliness and maintenance that put a damper on my stay. 🏨🌟

Rooms
6.0
The suite had ample space with two double-sized rooms and a pull-out bed, but I did notice areas needing maintenance, such as a crooked door and water splashing everywhere in the new shower design.
Service
7.0
The staff was generally friendly, especially the cleaning team who were always pleasant. However, the breakfast staff seemed a bit overwhelmed during peak times.
Location
8.0
Being less than half a mile from the strip made the hotel perfectly situated for exploring Branson while avoiding heavy traffic.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast offered a decent variety, though at times the items seemed overwhelmed and quality was inconsistent, leading to some disappointing experiences.
Facilities
5.0
While the hotel had been recently renovated with nice updates, some maintenance issues lingered, like the elevator being out of service and problems with the ice maker.

6.4/10

My stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott Branson was quite a mix. The location was convenient, allowing easy access to various attractions, but the atmosphere was a bit chaotic, especially with the noise from the basketball court area. I did appreciate the cleanliness of my room and the friendly interactions with the staff, though some facilities, like the pool, could use better ventilation.

Rooms
8.0
My room was spacious and very clean, although the decor showed some signs of being outdated. The air conditioning worked great, which was a relief during the heatwave. I enjoyed having a full kitchen, but there were minor issues like a hard-to-open door. All in all, a comfortable and practical space for my stay.
Service
7.0
The staff were welcoming and friendly, particularly during breakfast and the evening mixer where the manager was actively engaging with guests. However, there were moments when the front desk staff seemed overwhelmed, especially during check-in. Overall, the positive interactions made a difference.
Location
8.0
The hotel's location was excellent—quiet yet accessible to Main Street and nearby attractions. It was refreshing to have a peaceful neighborhood to return to after a busy day. However, the noise levels from recreational areas were a downside during the evenings.
Dining
7.0
Breakfast offerings were decent, with a good variety, although the dining area could have been kept cleaner. I also enjoyed local food during happy hour, which was a lovely touch supporting nearby businesses.
Facilities
6.0
I was happy to have access to a half-court basketball court, which was fun for my family. The indoor pool, however, had an overwhelming chlorine smell, making it tough to enjoy. Overall, the facilities were decent but could definitely use some improvements.

My stay at the Residence Inn in Branson had its highs and lows. The spacious suite I booked came with a kitchen, which was incredibly helpful for my family. However, I noticed that some areas, like the bathroom, could use a bit more maintenance. The breakfast options were plentiful, though I found the quality lacking. Overall, it was a decent stay, and I'd consider returning if things improved a bit.

Rooms
7.0
I appreciated the size of the two-bedroom suite, which made it feel comfortable for my family. However, it did show some signs of needed maintenance, like worn carpeting and less-than-ideal bathroom conditions.
Service
6.0
The front desk staff were welcoming and friendly. Unfortunately, the evening staff seemed a bit less helpful, which made me feel a little bothersome at times.
Location
8.0
I loved the location, which was just off the main strip, making it easy to get to the attractions without the congestion. It felt centrally located for everything we wanted to explore.
Dining
5.0
The breakfast variety was nice, but I was disappointed by the quality of the food offered. Additionally, the snacks provided during the week were a lovely touch, but they didn't make up for the breakfast experience.
Facilities
7.0
The hotel had a number of family-friendly amenities, including an indoor pool and a basketball court. However, the pool area felt overpowered by chlorine, which wasn’t ideal for my little one.
